Most Guest-Centric Mcdonalds!

My Team

As the Guest Experience Supervisor at McDonald's, I wholeheartedly supported and encouraged my team, helping them to reach their potential and earn multiple promotions. Our commitment to providing exceptional service resulted in numerous glowing reviews and a growing base of regular customers.

Our hard work and commitment did not go unnoticed, as we were honoured with the esteemed "Most Guest-Centric McDonald's in Calgary" award!
This recognition reflects our ability to not only meet but exceed customer expectations, making our restaurant a preferred destination for those seeking an outstanding dining experience.
I am immensely proud of my team's accomplishments and the positive impact we made on our customers and the community. Together, we created a welcoming atmosphere where everyone felt valued, and that made all the difference in delivering exceptional service.

Team Leadership and Morale

Helping new team members grow our restaurant was a great experience on my part as well! I saw multiple coworkers I trained to grow and receive awards such as "employee of the month" or even promotions much quicker than the average worker!

Working in this role taught me how to work well as a leader in an environment where helping my team and being a good role model was the norm. Over the years I formed friendships and saw every one of us grow in maturity and sharpen our strengths for our future careers. Through good leadership, we brought each other up with positivity in and outside of the workplace.

Tamana

Watching Tamana's journey at McDonald's has been a privilege. Her dedication and hard work have not only earned her a high school diploma, but also a well-deserved promotion to Crew Trainer.
Tamana's commitment to excellence is evident in her precision and composure during demanding shifts.

What sets her apart is her aspiration to excel not only at McDonald's but also in post-secondary education to pursue a career in the salon industry.
In her role as Crew Trainer, Tamana exhibits exceptional leadership skills, mentoring and supporting her colleagues with patience and enthusiasm. Her contributions have positively impacted our team's performance.
With her strong work ethic, commitment to personal and professional growth, and dual pursuit of work and education, Tamana's future looks incredibly promising. It's been an honour working alongside her, and she serves as a remarkable example of dedication and success.

Angelo

Angelo is an exceptionally bright individual, filled with potential. It was clear from the beginning that he possessed a unique combination of dedication, enthusiasm, and a remarkable work ethic. We worked together at McDonald's for many years now. As a guest experience leader and team leader, I had the opportunity to train Angelo. He was a bright person with a lot of potential. Angelo went on to win many awards such as "Employee of the Month". What truly set Angelo apart was the speed at which he climbed the ranks in his work life. his ability to exceed expectations made him stand out as a great contributor to the team. Angelo now aims to work hard and study to have the experience and knowledge to have what it takes to become a store manager at McDonald's. This goal is a testament to his ambition.

Most Guest-Centric Mcdonald's in the City

After returning from working in the field as a Geological Field Assistant, I was given the opportunity to be promoted to Guest Experience Leader! This means that I would now have the chance to work with managing our store sales, helping our guests feel at home in our restaurant, and working with other leaders and managers in making schedules and given more freedom in leading people during my shifts.
Throughout that summer I went above and beyond to make sure that my team was not overwhelmed and that the shift ran smoothly even if I was not there to see help them.
I introduced better guidelines for new employees who were making the transition from students to part-time/full-time workers more smoothly, while also aiding our team in rush hours by helping my shift leader reorganize shifts more often for our team to run smoothly; it is always important to work with your team on the floor so we can see how others can coordinate themselves and communicate with others through times of stress, then with this information we can reschedule people around to have better teams.

One of my favourite parts of his job was organizing our new "Family Wednesdays". Every Wednesday our store would put out games for children and the parents to be more interactive with our guests.
All of this work as well as many more contributions from my team, we brought up our store sales and customer satisfaction by a large margin of 17% in three months! Because of this work, our store was given the award of "Most Guest Centric Mcdonalds" in all of Calgary!
